• Waitlist information: email address, country, and how you heard about us.
• Usage data: anonymised page-view and signup analytics, only with your consent.

2. What we do not collect in Phase B

During the waitlist phase we do not collect any WhatsApp or Telegram data, message content, child information, or payment details.

3. How we use your information

• To notify you when Nightlight is available.
• To measure interest and referral attribution.
• To send transactional emails related to the waitlist.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers necessary to operate the waitlist:

• Turso — waitlist storage.
• Resend — transactional email.
• PostHog — anonymised analytics (no email addresses).
• Railway — application hosting.

5. Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how people find and use the site. We do not put email addresses or other personal identifiers into PostHog.

6. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your waitlist entry at any time by emailing hello@usenightlight.com.
